When I first saw this was the freebie on the Marie Claire magazine this month I was less than impressed. I thought ''Not another free hand cream!''. Can they not come up with something else for a change? I'm glad now that they didn't as this cream is absolutely fantastic and not to be missed!
Crabtree & Evelyn states:
'Specially formulated with natural shea butter to sooth and help protect hands'
'Our award-winning hand therapy nourishes and conditions hands with a blend of nutrient-rich shea butter and algae extract'
The packaging is lovely and the cream inside is so nice. It's the smell that has got me hooked line and sinker! It smells amazing and it is so addictive - I'm having to stop myself from applying too much as I just can't stop sniffing my hands - I just want to apply more and more!
On first application the cream feels a tad greasy, however, the greasiness is short lived and after a short while just melts into the hands leaving them feeling moisturised and of course, smelling wonderful too!
I am undoubtedly thrilled so far with this cream. As you will probably know from reading my blog, I have extremely dry skin, especially around the hands and cuticles. This cream really seems to be helping with that and I have only used it for one day so far!
This cream costs £10 for 100ml on the Crabtree & Evelyn Website. The one that is free with the Marie Claire is a 50ml tube so it is really worth £5 as stated. It is such a bargain and well worth buying the magazine for. Trust me, it's fabulous!
I can tell you that if this cream sorts out my dry hands in one week, which I'm positive it will, then I will most definitely be buying a big tube when it runs out! I think I will have to buy it just for the scent alone!
So what are you waiting for - all the UK ladies, rush out and buy this ASAP! It's well worth running for!
Have a lovely evening all!
:-)
