Here we have two brand new, just released products from Urban Decay’s Summer Of Love collection.

Urban Defence Tinted Moisturizer and All Nighter Long Lasting Make Up Setting Spray.
‘This ground-breaking formula mists on, ensuring your make up won’t budge for 16 hours. Really. Weightless but powerful, All-Nighter’s temperature control technology keeps your make up from melting down when it’s warm and humid, or dehydrating when it’s cold and windy.

What’s that mean for you? All Nighter mist prevents loss of color, melting, sliding, caking, cracking, excess shine, fasing blush, drooping eyeshadow and lip color disappearance. AND it’s formulated to resist moisture, so you can fearlessly sweat, cry or get your jacuzzi on…You are guaranteed make up that always looks just applied, without ever feeling sticky or tight. Imagine the possibilities.’

Sounds impressive huh?

All Nighter is also allergy tested, dermatologist tested, vegan, cruelty free, and free of oil, parabens and fragrance.

Simply hold the spray 8-10 inches away from skin and spritz around 4 times evenly covering all areas. Then let the spray work it’s magic!
What do I think of it?

This stuff works, simple as! Now I’m generally not a very sweaty person and I do not have oily skin. However, I do sweat like a pig while I’m exercising/running, so I have road tested it this way and also during a night out in a sweaty club!

It’s lovely, light and refreshing when first sprayed onto the skin. It then dries really fast (within around 20 secs) and leaves make up looking perfect and non – cakey.

After exercising and also my night out, my make up did not budge! It still looked fresh when I got home! I’m really impressed with this. I love it and have been using this everyday. It not only keeps your foundation and eyeshadow looking great, but also sets any blusher too. Everything stays where it should do for hours on end!
‘Hate fussing with heavy foundation, but need something that really performs? Seek protection with our Urban Defence. This formula is free from parabens and fragrance, is loaded with our multi-mineral complex, battle free radical damage, AND has SPF 20… watch out! Even better, its light diffusing pigments diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, provinding a youthful finish. Since it is buildable, Urban Defence always has the right amount of tint… wear it alone for light coverage (great for warm, outdoor weather) or under powder for an extra polished look. Apply Urban Defence after your cleansing/toning ritual and you’re ready to face the day with moisture, sheer coverage and SPF 20 at your service
The Urban Defence Tinted Moisturizer is currently on offer at the House of Fraser Website and costs £15.30 (normally £17.00)

I was sent the shade Bodyguard (medium light) and this matches my skin perfectly as it is yellow toned.

It applies really nicely and is not greasy in any way shape or form. I do find that you have to work quite quickly with it, as it tends to dry down quite fast. I have been applying this over my regular moisturiser as my skin is very dry so does need a bit of extra moisture. If your skin type is oily though, you probably wouldn’t need to do this.

I love the dewy finish it gives and how it is really build-able. It does, in my opinion, have better coverage than most tinted moisturisers, so I haven’t personally needed to build up the colour, as one coat has been enough.

Here is a picture that I took today after applying my make up. I am wearing the Urban Defence Tinted Moisturizer and the All-Nighter Setting Spray. The only gripe I have with the Urban Defence is that the pump on the bottle, disperses way to much product with one press. It pumps out enough product to do my face 3 times over! So you have to be careful, and press the pump incredibly lightly, so only a little bit comes out instead.

The staying power is amazing though for a tinted moisturizer, and when spritzed with All-Nighter setting spray lasts all day until I take it off with make up remover. Incredible!

I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a long lasting tinted moisturiser for the summer.
